ENROLLMENT OF MEMBERSHIP

ELIGIBILITY AND MEMBERSHIP FEE:

VSI MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA:

a. Only with post-graduate qualification MCh/DNB in Peripheral Vascular Surgery are eligible for VSI Membership

b. MCh/DNB Peripheral Vascular Surgery postgraduates are eligible for Associate members and will be given full lifetime membership from the date of completion of their course

c. Fellowship / Any other specialities are not eligible to register as VSI membership

FVSI SELECTION CRITERIA:

a. Members should have completed 10 years of full life membership

b. They should have attended minimum 7 Annual Conferences of VSI in the last 10 years

c. Did minimum 5 publications with 2 in IJVES

d. Did minimum 5 paper presentation in Annual Conferences of VSI

e. Application will be called by a member announcement by email

SELECTION CRITERIA FOR EC MEMBERS:

a. Should have completed seven years as life member of VSI

b. Should have attended minimum of five annual conference of VSI

c. Those fulfilled above criteria can have only two terms as EC member

1. FULL LIFE MEMBERSHIP: Rs. 5,000/- plus 18% GST (Rs.5900/-)

Medical Practitioner registered in India under IMC Act 1956 and practicing Vascular Surgery holding a post-graduate qualification in Peripheral Vascular Surgery (MCh/DNB) shall be eligible for Full Life membership.

2. ASSOCIATE LIFE MEMBERSHIP: Rs. 5,000/- plus 18% GST (Rs.5900/-)

Medical Practitioners registered in India under IMC Act 1956 Bonafide post-graduate students in Peripheral Vascular Surgery shall be eligible for Associate Life membership.

3. OVERSEAS LIFE MEMBERSHIP: USD 500/- plus 18% GST (USD 590/-)

Medical Practitioner registered in countries other than India, Practicing the art of Vascular Surgery and holding a post-graduate qualification in Surgery (including its specialties) is eligible for Overseas Life Membership.
