ENROLLMENT OF MEMBERSHIP

ELIGIBILITY AND MEMBERSHIP FEE:

1. FULL LIFE MEMBERSHIP: Rs. 5,000/- plus 18% GST (Rs.5900/-)

Medical Practitioner registered in India under IMC Act 1956 and practicing Vascular Surgery and/or engaged in Vascular 5 gical work such as teaching or research and holding a post-graduate qualification in Peripheral Vascular Surgery (MCh/DF shall be eligible for Full Life membership.

2. ASSOCIATE LIFE MEMBERSHIP: Rs. 5,000/- plus 18% GST (Rs.5900/-)

Medical Practitioners registered in India under IMC Act 1956 and engaged in practicing branches of Medical Sciences Auxiliary to Peripheral Vascular Surgery or Bonafide post-graduate students in Peripheral Vascular Surgery shall be eligible for Associate Life membership.

3. OVERSEAS LIFE MEMBERSHIP: USD 500/- plus 18% GST (USD 590/-)

Medical Practitioner registered in countries other than India, Practicing the art of Vascular Surgery and holding a post-graduate qualification in Surgery (including its specialties) is eligible for Overseas Life Membership.

Membership fees should be sent by cheque or demand draft drawn in favor of “Vascular Society of India”. (Cheque / Demand Draft / Pay Order of appropriate amount)

•  Copies of your Medical Registration Certificates
