1. Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable. Once processed, cancellations of membership will not result in a refund of any portion of the fee.

2. Event Registration Fees

Fees paid for event registrations are non-refundable, irrespective of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

3. Donations

Donations made to the Society are considered voluntary and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Changes or Cancellations by the Society

In the event of changes, cancellations, or postponements initiated by the Society, no refunds will be issued. Instead, participants may be offered alternative solutions, such as transferring their registration to another event, at the sole discretion of the Society.
